Our skills and expertise

We employ 10 experienced and qualified information officers who regularly select stock for the Information Service, undertake information searches for clients, and abstract and index for our collection. We also employ a number of staff and associates who concentrate on information projects and they have a more dedicated research role. In addition, the services of a dedicated events manager who organises and manages IDOX group seminars and conferences can be incorporated into any project work if required.

Provision of good quality metadata which conforms to an agreed standard for the particular piece of work.
In-depth knowledge of the economic development, regeneration, town and country planning and housing subject areas.
Experience in the development of learning networks.
