The IDOX Information Service attempts to collect all essential documents within its subject areas, including journal articles, books, documents and official reports, and to have representative collections of semi-published documents: service plans, strategies, research, case studies, reports, etc.

The Service looks out for and collects documents on strategies and initiatives, projects, current and good practice, trends and new ideas, comment and opinion from a wide variety of sources.
